Brewfest on the Farm is back at Milkhouse Brewery!! Covid shut us down last year – and prevented planning our usual June event this year – but we just couldn’t say no longer!
Please plan on joining us down on the farm for the best beer festival in Maryland. We have three bands scheduled, plenty of food from your favorite local food trucks, specialty vendors, and a great group of farm breweries. Special Tee will be onsite providing live screen printing. Activities include hay rides, hula hoops and more!
This year’s Brewfest will focus on Maryland Farm Breweries and their wonderful creations using locally grown ingredients. We will also be supporting two charites this year, Hospice of Frederick’s Camp Jamie, and 9/11 related charity, Tuesday’s Children, which supports the families of victims of the 9/11/01 attack on America.
While we are normally a dog-friendly brewery, there are no dogs allowed in the festival for their safety.

Ragged Company
Ragged Company is a 5 piece Americana/Roots music band who have been playing in the Frederick, Maryland area for over 10 years. Ragged Company covers many of America’s foremost singer/songwriters including but not limited to Patti Griffin, John Prine, The Grateful Dead, Lucinda Williams, Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Gram Parsons, Grace Potter and a host of others. They also have some original music that we perform as well.
Rays of Violet
Formed in January 2020, Rays Of Violet is a Grateful Dead Tribute Band based in Frederick, comprised of its four musicians and the audience. Playing the songs with the energy they deserve, Rays Of Violet’s mission is to give that energy to the crowd. If you want to let go and enjoy a ride, ROV is the band for you.

Rock Creek Revival (RCR) is a Maryland-based all acoustic bluegrass band drawing on musical influences from across the bluegrass spectrum. For over 3 years they have entertained audiences with original music and hard driving bluegrass standards
