Coming to the Mercantile this month:
- Coming… going…going….gone. We will have a very limited amount of maple syrup that has just been processed (by Tom) from trees here on the farm. Probably 12-14 pints total (from about 60 gal of sap). This will be gone quickly.
New from Serene Lavender Farm – Check out the dried lavender, lavender teas, jelly and simple syrups. Try some of the tea with our local honey.- Also new for March will be homebaked cookies and whoopie pies from Dillpatch Homemade Creations.
- Look for New yarns arriving around the end of March! In addition to white and natural color yarns we will have some featuring various colors of Sari Silk spun into the yarn. Worsted, DK, and fingerling weights as well as core spun yarn are available. Look for new hand dyed spring colors.
- Fleeces – we will be shearing this month and will have quite a number of lovely white lamb fleeces. These are about 6 in and very free of VM. Beat the festival rush and get your spinning fleeces straight off the farm.
- Pork has been restocked. We now have several new flavors of sausage from Greener Pastures Farm as well as roasts, chops, and bacon.
- Lamb is also being restocked by the piece in the mercantile. We also still have it available by the whole or half a lamb. These can be processed to your specifications.
