MiniFest @ Milkhouse
Although we had to cancel Brewfest this year, we are excited to announce Minifest! A pint sized Brewfest. We will be welcoming two of Marylands newest farm breweries; Prospect Point Brewing & Black Locust Hops and Farm Brewery. Along with our beer, we will be featuring cider from Distillery Lane Ciderworks. Now, what’s beer without music and food? We have two great bands lined up. Rays of Violet & Rock Creek Revival. September 18th
The local Audubon Society will be setting up at the brewery. Local High School students will be displaying their dioramas on Kestrel Habitats! There will also be a short talk on Kestrel Habitats beginning at 2pm.
Looking ahead to October!
We will be having a fun-filled day for Home Grown Hay Days October 15-16. A lot of special things are being planned including blacksmithing, glassblowing, working sheep dog demonstrations, snow cones, hay rides, spinning and weaving, mum sales and much more!
