May will see the return of some favorites, as well as some new treats for you Milkhouse Brewery fans!

Releasing the first week of May, we have MARYLAND ALL-STARS IPA. This IPA is a wonderful expression of Maryland pride and features malt from Chesapeake Malting Company and Dark Cloud Malthouse, and local hops from Black Locust Hops, Big Truck, and our old friends at Southern Maryland Hops (miss you, Trent!).  6.5% ABV.

Also in May, we will be releasing a fresh take on our FIELDHAND TART TABLE BEER.  Inspired by our favorite Berliner Weisse, this release should coincide with the Sweet Woodruff harvest here on the farm, so farm-grown and house-made woodruff syrup will be available for that traditional splash of the taste of May.

Later this spring/early summer, we will welcome the return of one of our old favorites, PALE SAISON.  Originally brewed as a Reserve Series, this one was so delicious that it quickly became a fan favorite. We took a break from this in 2020, and couldn’t be more excited to bring this beauty back!

LOCAL LAGER will also be getting a slight makeover, with the ABV being raised from 3.9% to 4.2%.  This “stronger and better” Local Lager should premiere late June or early July.  In the meantime, Harry will spend the next few days formulating a Kölsch recipe for those hot days that are soon coming.

Lovers of sour and funk rejoice! The 2021 WILD ALES will hopefully begin releasing in June, including our first coolshipped wild ale, brewed way back in the Precovidian era of 2019.
