Another month has absolutely flown by. This is just getting ridiculous. Time’s moving too fast.
For example, did you know that Milkhouse Brewery’s taproom turns TEN FREAKIN‘ YEARS OLD this month?
Harry and Ray have been busy blending and tasting and blending and tasting and they think that they have put together a terrific blend to celebrate this occasion.
Milkhouse Grand Cru is a tart and refreshing blend of old and new; a blend that allows two of our projects that never meet to finally play together. This should premiere at our anniversary mini-fest June 17 (in-house sales only, absolutely none of this blend will be available to go).
As for new beer, Green Farmer 23 is now on tap, and it’s spectacular! This improved throwback to our old classic Cascade S.M.a.S.H. hits the spot. 5.5%, 35 IBU.
And our Stillpoint Kölsch returns this month! This is a tasty little lawnmower beer, with a nice hoppiness and cracker-dry crispness.
4.5%, 20 IBU.
Come get the Catoctin Heritage lagers while you can, folks. The last few kegs are unlikely to make it to July and these recipes won’t be revisited until Monocacy hop harvest season!
