Ah, August. Those dog days of summer… almost too hot to brew! Almost too hot to type, too. So I’ll keep it short this month.
We’ve been enjoying the gose, the cream ale and the kölsch, but we’ve been asked “are you ever making Citrus Summer Wheat again?” more than once. So this week we will get to blending the lemon, orange, grapefruit, and lemonbalm for round two of this seasonal favorite… Coming this month to a Milkhouse taproom near you!
Also, Harry is in the process of selecting the next wild ale, and is leaning towards something tart.
