Winter approaches, my friends! This cold weather lends itself nicely to our dark winter offerings. Our Red Eye Porter is a seasonal favorite for a reason, and our Foreign Exchange Dutch Bock pairs wonderfully with holiday meals and gatherings. Baltic Porter is back on tap now, and its delicious and rich cacao variation is set to return soon as well.
We have some great winter cask offerings coming this month, including the return of Vanilla Porter and Port-chata.
Being brewed this month are some very special lagers, and a very special Green Farmer (22!). For these brews, we will be utilizing our new hop varietal Monocacy. While we have used this in casks before, these will be the first full batches of beer using this very cool Maryland native hop! GF22 will premiere towards the end of the year, and the new and improved Local Lager and Vienna Lager will drop early 2023.
As we prepare to say goodbye to our first coolship release My Son Cool, we’ve made sure to have something else wild on deck.
Coming this December is Bughouse!
This wonderful wild ale is our golden Bière de Garde soured with twelve different yeasts and cellared for several years. Tart, tasty and extremely limited!
