It has been pretty quiet in the brewhouse lately as production has slowed down awaiting our new chiller.
Our new Summer Sour was released in June. Crisp and tart, with a subtle fruitiness that perfectly compliments the acidity. With Maryland grown and malted Pilsner malt, Delmarva wheat, and a dash of oats. It’s like a great crisp Kölsch and a tart Berliner Weiss had a love child. Add a dash of our house-made Woodruff Syrup for a little extra deliciousness. 4.8% ABV, 10 IBU
