We are proud to introduce the next beer in our wild series- Canteen Plums!
This is another 2018 vintage- a sour red ale brewed with 100% Maryland malts (Munich, malted wheat, pale malt, Vienna malt, and malted oats) and hopped with aged chinook grown and aged right here at Stillpoint Farm!
This ale was fermented in one of our French oak foeders and was fermented with a culture of yeasts and bacteria isolated from local yellow plums and nectarines before moving to a red wine barrel to age, and boy it is bursting with sour stonefruit flavor!
