Please note our new seasonal hours:
Friday 3-8pm, Saturday 3-8pm, Sunday 3-6pm
As winter approaches our produce selection diminishes. We really do offer only locally grown produce so you won’t find “local” bananas or cantaloupes. While some markets will continue to purchase these from produce vendors and sell them as ‘local’ we do not.
We do still have a few winter squash and pumpkins. And apples! We have apples both from Chestnut Creek Farm and heritage varieties from Distillery Lane Cider Works. There are also still plenty of fresh potatoes from the farm. Our honey providers have completed the final harvests for the year. Often this honey is darker in color due to differing nectar sources from the spring clover and tulip poplar. Any remaining honey in the hives is left to help the bees overwinter.
Angie has continued to expand her line of baked goods and is perfecting a sour dough bread among other things. She is also excited to be able to offer sliced bread due to a new bread slicer. And check out her hot cocoa bombs – a perfect stocking stuffer gift!
New yarn is hopefully arriving soon including some in sock weight. We do also still have some white sheep skins (colored ones are all gone).
The Stillpoint Farm Mercantile is located adjacent to the Milkhouse Brewery Taproom.
