Milkhouse’s first ever thirst quenching gose is here, just in time for summer. This is a pale, crisp, tart, and delicious ale brewed with Maryland malted wheat and barley, then fermented using a unique yeast strain of Lachancea thermotolerans isolated from the bark of a tree. Lovely notes of sour candy, light fruit, coriander and salt.
Malt – Chesapeake Pilsner, Bear Branch Pale Wheat, Oats
Hops – Brewers Gold
Adjuncts – Coriander, Peruvian salt
