March is here!  We’ve got a lot planned.
First on the schedule is our Captain O’s Stout and Oyster event, featuring several mouth-watering stout variations and oysters for a buck-a-shuck!

The return of spring means the return of the honey bees, and also our beloved Dollyhyde Apiary (Bière de Miel). This special brew utilizes over FORTY POUNDS of fresh local honey, and is finished with local lavender and chamomile for a lovely floral character.

March is also the month that Harry and Ray brew our Oktoberfest. This allows for the long cellaring and maturation required to really do this lager justice.

Perhaps you saw us and our Monocacy hop recently featured in the news.  Have you been out to try any or all of the three beers we brewed utilizing this uniquely Maryland ingredient?  Catoctin Heritage American Lager, Catoctin Heritage Vienna Lager and Catoctin Heritage Pale Ale are all pouring now and satisfying curious beer drinkers!  Bottles to go are available for purchase at the Stillpoint Mercantile while supplies last!

And don’t worry, friends.  Jimmy Nelly’s Irish Red casks are conditioning now for Saint Patrick’s Day!

Cheers!
