Brewed in the Belgian lambic tradition on December 19 2019, this beer sat overnight in our coolship and was inoculated with yeasts and bacteria found right here at Stillpoint Farm. It was then moved to barrel B-002 for a long slow fermentation, allowing a tart funky yet refreshing character to shine through. ABV 7.2% / IBU low… very low
